The property is situated within a central location in the vibrant seaside town of Aberystwyth, with local shops, restaurants, bars and, promenade all within a few minutes walk from the property. The accommodation comprises of 3 double rooms all tastefully decorated, with a feeling of luxury. The ground floor has a cosy lounge with a number of original features to include fireplace and beams, separate dining area, cottage style kitchen and a reading room. Upstairs are 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and include everything you need for a comfortable stay. The large spacious bathroom benefits from both bath and shower facilities and had a real cottage feel to it. The majority of rooms throughout the property have wooden beams which completely compliment the decor throughout. Guests staying in the property will have a real feeling of the comforts of home. Parking at the rear of the property allows guest to simply park up and enjoy their stay. Guest will have exclusive access to all areas of the property including the rear patio area which has a table and chairs to enjoy a glass of wine. We can be contacted 24 hours a day throughout your stay an a contact number and email address will be provided prior to your arrival. The accommodation is centrally located within a 2 minutes walk from the town centre. The street itself contains a number of business trading during normal working hours and 2 bars / restaurants so there is a level of footfall of an evening. This can sometimes be a lively area of the town. There is street parking directly outside the property with a 1 hour restriction between 8am & 6pm, however vehicles can be left there overnight. The local train and bus stations are located 0.4 of a mile away from the property, approximately an 8 minute walk. Although the property is located within the centre of town, we like to ensure that guest are aware that it is not suitable for parties as we like to maintain a good relationship with local residents.
